Resumo: A psicanálise não pode ser desatrelada do contexto que lhe deu origem, ela surge como efeito da modernidade. O sujeito moderno se organiza a partir da moral sexual civilizada, que impulsiona os homens para produções no campo da cultura, no entanto produz a doença nervosa moderna. O patrimônio cultural é o bem comum que se conquista pela via da porção de satisfação pulsional perversa que é sacrificada neste processo. Freud sustenta a existência de uma formação de compromisso entre os tais termos ­ renúncia e satisfação ­, uma razão que governa os fatos clínicos e sociais investigados pela psicanálise. Portanto, na modernidade, sintoma, laço social e discurso têm a mesma estrutura. Lévi-Strauss fornece, com a lei da proibição do incesto, a regra de ouro que condiciona as estruturas elementares de parentesco e sua consequência lógica, a regra da exogamia. Juntas são responsáveis por determinar um vasto sistema de reciprocidade e trocas simbólicas, cujo único objetivo é manter coeso o tecido social. A mesma se traduz nas seguintes palavras da Escritura: "Deixarás o teu pai e a tua mãe". Como essa estrutura universal se imprime e se expressa na modernidade e na contemporaneidade? O paradigma desconstrucionista da diversidade sexual atinge a razão moderna entre satisfação e renúncia. Sintonizase ao discurso do capitalista: não há impossível. A política da desconstrução é compatível com a política da psicanálise? Desconstruir conduz à subjetivação do real impossível, à ética do desejo e à responsabilidade pelo gozo?

Raison moderne et postmodernité : alliance, sexualité et diversité sexuelle: La psychanalyse ne peut être détachée du contexte qui l'a suscitée, elle apparaît comme un effet de modernité. Le sujet moderne s'organise à partir de la morale sexuelle civilisée, qui pousse les hommes à des productions dans le domaine de la culture, cependant il produit la maladie nerveuse moderne. Le patrimoine culturel est le bien commun conquis par la part de satisfaction pulsionnelle perverse qui est sacrifiée dans ce processus. Freud soutient l'existence d'une formation de compromis entre de tels termes ­ renoncement et satisfaction ­, raison qui régit les faits cliniques et sociaux investigués par la psychanalyse. Ainsi, dans la modernité, symptôme, lien social et discours ont la même structure. Lévi-Strauss fournit, avec la loi de la prohibition de l'inceste, la règle d'or qui conditionne les structures élémentaires de la parenté et sa conséquence logique, la règle de l'exogamie. Ensemble, ils sont chargés de déterminer un vaste système de réciprocité et d'échanges symboliques, dont le seul but est de maintenir le tissu social ensemble. Cultural heritage is the common good that is conquered through the portion of perverse instinctual satisfaction that is sacrificed in this process. Freud sustains the existence of a compromise formation between such terms ­ renunciation and satisfaction ­, a reason that governs the clinical and social facts investigated by psychoanalysis. Therefore, in modernity, symptom, social bond and discourse have the same structure. LéviStrauss provides, with the law of prohibition of incest, the golden rule that conditions the elementary structures of kinship and its logical consequence, the rule of exogamy. Together they are responsible for determining a vast system of reciprocity and symbolic exchanges, whose sole aim is to hold the social fabric together. It is translated into the following words of Scripture: "You shall leave your father and your mother". How is this universal structure imprinted and expressed in modernity and contemporaneity? The deconstructionist paradigm of sexual diversity hits the modern ratio between satisfaction and renunciation. It tunes in to the discourse of the capitalist: there is no impossible. Is the politics of deconstruction compatible with the politics of psychoanalysis? Does deconstructing lead to the subjectivation of the impossible, the ethics of desire and the responsibility for jouissance?

Um estudo psicanalítico das relações entre depressões neuróticas e desejo: aproximações possíveis / A psychoanalytic study of the relationship between neurotic depression and desire: possible approaches

RESUMO: Pretende-se neste artigo contextualizar a temática das depressões na neurose no cenário atual e, posteriormente, relacionar o abatimento e a deflação libidinal presentes nestes quadros com a função do desejo. Sugerimos que a depressão participa de uma nova economia libidinal na contemporaneidade. O depressivo contemporâneo vem caracterizando-se cada vez mais por uma posição de desistência dos embates inerentes à condição humana, refugiando-se cada vez mais numa posição protegida e paralisada, mais característica das inibições do que dos sintomas. Temas como os processos narcísicos e do luto surgem como horizonte para pensar as depressões neuróticas na contemporaneidade.

ABSTRACT: This article is intended to contextualize the issue of depression in the contemporary world in order to highlight the massive contingent of depression in the current scenario as formed by neurotics, and later to relate the depressive dejection and libidinal deflation present in these frames with the function of desire. We suggest that depression takes part in a new libidinal economy nowadays. The contemporary depression is characterized increasingly by a withdrawal position of the conflicts inherent in the human condition, increasingly taking refuge in a protected and paralyzed position more characteristic of inhibitions than the symptoms. Narcissism and mourning are central themes.

Neste trabalho partimos da premissa de que a constituição do sujeito como produto dos efeitos do significante é solidária à assunção de uma posição sexuada. Esta por sua vez, é efeito da subjetivação de tal incidência. Desse modo, temos o objetivo, neste momento, de percorrer algumas das teorizações que sustentam a tensão entre os termos constituição/sexuação, com ênfase nas contribuições de Freud a respeito do funcionamento mental e do complexo de Édipo e de Lacan, em especial suas contribuições a respeito do Édipo, função paterna e significação fálica. Acreditamos ser possível encontrar nos processos subjacentes à constituição do sujeito os elementos que demarcam ao longo desse percurso a dissimetria estrutural de homens e mulheres para circunscrever e subjetivar o gozo. Advertimos que o ser sexuado não é o mesmo que o sujeito do inconsciente. Porém, estamos certos de que há uma profunda solidariedade entre a constituição de um sujeito falante e as possibilidades da posição sexuada

Dans cet article, nous partons de la prémisse que la constitution du sujet en tant que produit des effets du signifiant est en solidarité avec l'hypothèse d'une position sexuelle, qui à son tour est l'effet de la subjectivation d'une telle incidence. Ainsi, nous avons en ce moment l'objectif de passer en revue certaines des théorisations qui soutiennent la tension entre les termes constitution / sexuation, en mettant l'accent sur les contributions de Freud sur le fonctionnement mental et le complexe d'Œdipeet de Lacan, en particulier ses contributions. sur Œdipe, la fonction paternelle et la signification phallique. Nous pensons qu'il est possible de retrouver dans les processus sousjacents à la constitution du sujet les éléments qui délimitent le long de cette voie la dissymétrie structurelle des hommes et des femmes pour circonscrire et subjectiver la jouissance. In this work we start from the premise that the constitution of the subject as a product of the effects of the signifier is solidary to the assumption of a sexual position, this in turn, effect of the subjectivation of such incidence.
